Kuripot na Instik versus Masipag na Pinoy.

Ang una nating impresyon sa mga Instik ay kuripot, negosyante, masungit pero mabait din. Makikita mo madaming instik na mayayaman sa china town at sa divisoria. Pero ang mga negosyo nila puro buy and sell, retailing and wholesaler na mga kung ano2x gamit. Bakit kaya hindi natin sila tuluran anong meron sakanila na pwede natin gawin. Hindi naman sa minamaliit natin ang kakayahan ng pinoy pero may mga bagay din tayong dapat malaman at iadopt para mabago ang ating realidad.

Mindset ng Instik at Pinoy

Instik: negosyo ang first priority nila,invest sila ng invest sa mga negosyo nila na kung ano2x like damit, restaurant, buy and sell.Kaya yung puhunan nila dagdag ng dagdag. Mahalaga ang bawat pera kahit pa ang barya lang.

Pinoy: Tayo mga Pilipino, pagsisikapan makatapos ng pag-aaral para makakuha ng magandang trabaho, loyal at dedicated sa work. Aantayin mapromote ng may makuha tayong mataas na sweldo. Masipag at determinado lalo na madiskarte.

Mindset sa Financial:

Instik: Di bale nang malugi wag lang mangutang. Itabi muna ang savings bago gumastos

Pinoy: Kapag nakuha ang sweldo gastos muna bago savings (If may natitira pa). Kapag may usong gadgets, damit or new movie may budget para doon. Tapos magrereklamo mahirap ang buhay pero masaya padin kahit problemado.
